Leander Animal Shelter, formerly known as Tails of Hope (originally Central Texas SPCA), is a new animal shelter facility being built in Leander, TX. Freccia Construction is serving as general contractor on the ground-up commercial new build, starting from a groundbreaking ceremony and moving through foundation and framing.
The project's concrete foundation has been poured and framing is now underway, giving shape to the shelter that will serve Leander and the surrounding Central Texas community.
This is an active build. Freccia's team has completed the concrete pour and is currently framing the structure. Check back here as the project progresses toward completion.
