Freccia Construction is building out this fitness amenity space in the Mueller neighborhood of Austin, TX. Plans call for a full gym floor with strength training equipment, cardio machines, a stretching and free-weight area framed by a row of arched mirrors, and a lounge nook with a wet bar for residents.

These images are renderings showing the planned design. Warm wood tones, herringbone flooring, and arched architectural details will carry through the space, giving the fitness amenity a boutique feel rather than a standard gym build-out.
