"We're a tight-knit group who care deeply about what we build and who we build it for. We treat each other like family and our clients like neighbors, and we show up every day ready to do the work, and do it right."
Rebekah grew up around real estate and construction, though it wasn't a family business in the traditional sense. Her parents invested in property on the side while both held other careers, and her mother took it further, flipping houses throughout Rebekah's childhood in South Texas.
Growing up with a mother who flipped houses meant Friday nights didn't always go as planned. If a house needed painting, that's where Rebekah was, brush in hand, instead of out with friends. That early, hands-on exposure taught her the intricacies of property management, house flipping, and commercial retail development long before Freccia existed. Together with her husband, Waldemar, she initially focused on flipping homes and managing Airbnb and rental properties, leveraging their combined expertise. However, as their work attracted community interest, the demand for their contracting services surged, evolving Freccia Construction into a comprehensive general contracting firm.
Rebekah's early exposure to construction, coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit, has been instrumental in shaping Freccia Construction's growth and reputation as a trusted full-service general contractor in the Texas market.
As Owner and Managing Partner, Rebekah oversees client relations and project delivery for Freccia Construction, a licensed general contractor and custom home builder serving Round Rock, Austin, and the greater Austin Metro area across commercial construction and residential renovation projects.
Outside of Freccia, Rebekah spends her time cheering on her two sons at their sports, keeping up with the latest Bible Recap episode, and enjoying time at home with her dog Storm, adopted from Central Texas SPCA.
Rebekah Severi oversees operations at Freccia Construction, managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring that every build meets the standards Freccia has held since 2016. Her hands-on involvement in project delivery is what makes Freccia's client communication stand apart from larger, less personal construction firms in Austin Metro.
Rebekah's leadership has shaped Freccia's reputation as a family-led firm where clients speak directly with decision-makers, not coordinators. Whether the project is a commercial tenant improvement in Austin or a custom home in Cedar Park, Rebekah is involved from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Rebekah's oversight spans Freccia's full service offering: commercial general contracting, tenant improvements, office build-outs, new commercial builds, custom home construction, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and outdoor living projects. She coordinates with Freccia's project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule and on budget across Austin Metro.
Freccia Construction under Rebekah's co-leadership holds memberships in HBA Greater Austin, NARI, NAHB, and AGC, and maintains an active BBB Accreditation and HUB Certification. These affiliations reflect Freccia's commitment to professional standards and community engagement throughout Austin, Round Rock, and the broader Central Texas market.
