Rebecca Rivera

Rebecca joined Freccia Construction in 2024 as an Operations Assistant, bringing over seven years of valuable experience in the construction industry. Currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, she is dedicated to deepening her expertise in operations management to contribute even more effectively to the team.

Born and raised in Austin, Rebecca has a personal connection to the city's rapid growth and development, which inspires her passion for the construction sector. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across projects.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys quality time with her husband, children, and beloved dogs, as well as attending sporting events, dog shows, and family cookouts. She also loves crafting, making every moment outside of work fulfilling and balanced.

Rebecca supports day-to-day operations for Freccia Construction, a licensed general contractor and custom home builder serving Round Rock, Austin, and the greater Austin Metro area across commercial and residential construction projects.
